Everyone is welcome; babies (do bring your parent/carer!) to pensioners.
Doggies are social too, Timmy (a very cute Pomeranian) often visits and others (Bailey the Patterdale terrier/Farm collier) occasionally drop by.
We have dusted off the Elka Organ, any budding musicians young or old, welcome to come along and have a play.
So please come along, If you’re often alone, If it’s dark when we finish, We’ll help get you home.

THE AIM: An entertaining social evening for 15 to 30. THE EVENT: A meal with wines paired with 3 courses.

THE AIM: An entertaining social evening for 15 to 30.
THE EVENT: A meal with wines paired with 3 courses.
THE FOOD: Appetisers; Fish course; Main & Dessert.
THE WINE: Aperitif with 2 wines to taste for each of the fish and main courses and a dessert wine. The idea being to pair the wines to the food as well as to taste the differences between the pairing wines for the fish and main courses.
THE REASON: To have fun, learn about the wines and judge which wines you prefer without knowing the price beforehand!
PLEASE NOTE: The wines presented will be priced above “supermarket” levels, but not so high that they go beyond reasonable dinner party levels. Further glasses of wine can be purchased on the night.
THE COST: £40 per person.
BOOKING: This village event needs 15 but no more than 30 people to enjoy it – friends from elsewhere welcome of course. Please let your interest be known as soon as possible with final confirmation by April 2nd and payment can be made by BACS in advance or SumUp card payment on the evening.

Fiona Harrison, A Voice in a Million, is coming to Glaston Village Hall for an evening of rousing patriotic and heart-warming 1940’s glamour era singing.
Join us in a shared moment of celebration to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of V-E Day, the end of World War II in Europe.
Our celebration will be on Saturday 17th May, 7pm for a 7:30 start, at Glaston Village Hall. The Village Hall bar will be open serving drinks at competitive prices, cash & card payments accepted, complimentary nibbles will be available.
Dress Code: 1940’s style positively encouraged but not compulsory.
Tickets are limited @ £12.50 each, to be purchased in advance, non-refundable.
